About Clare Costello

Clare Costello offers complementary wellbeing and energetic support intended to support relaxation, nervous system balance, emotional wellbeing, confidence, beauty, body confidence and personal recalibration. Sessions are delivered remotely, with selected in-person appointments available by arrangement.

Complementary Nature of Sessions

Sessions offered by Clare Costello are complementary in nature. They are not medical treatment, counselling, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional support.

Medical and Wellbeing Disclaimer

Clare Costello does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical, psychological or psychiatric condition. If you have medical symptoms, a diagnosed condition, a mental health concern, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have any urgent wellbeing issue, you should seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner or appropriate healthcare professional. You should not delay seeking medical or professional care because of anything read on this website or experienced during a session. If you are in crisis, feel unsafe, or require urgent support, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

Bookings and Payment

All sessions must be paid for in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are displayed clearly at the time of booking, checkout or initial enquiry. Your booking or purchase is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Ongoing Support

Ongoing private support is offered as a consistent support structure over time. Where a minimum recommended period is stated, this is provided to encourage rhythm, consistency and continuity. Any specific payment terms, renewal details or cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or checkout. Where an introductory or event rate is offered, that rate may be honoured for as long as the subscription remains active. If the subscription is cancelled and later restarted, the prevailing rate at that time may apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any booked session. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you are receiving ongoing support, any cancellation or rescheduling terms specific to that arrangement will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Availability and Scheduling
Sessions are normally provided according to your personalised support programme. However, from time to time, sessions may be rescheduled to accommodate annual leave, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Where this occurs, clients will be notified in advance wherever reasonably practicable and support will resume as soon as reasonably possible.

Remote Sessions

Remote sessions do not require you to attend in person. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a safe, comfortable environment during any session time or support period. Please do not participate while driving, operating machinery or undertaking any activity requiring your full attention. Where possible, it is also recommended to avoid receiving other energetic or complementary treatments within 36 hours either side of your scheduled support session. You remain responsible for your own decisions, activities and wellbeing during any remote support period.

Right to Decline or Discontinue Services

Clare Costello reserves the right to decline, suspend or discontinue services where it is considered inappropriate to continue, where the requested support falls outside the scope of the services offered, or where circumstances arise that make continuation unsuitable. Where applicable, any refund will be considered in accordance with the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

Confidentiality

All enquiries, focus areas and information shared in relation to your sessions are treated confidentially and handled with care. Information may only be shared where required by law, where there is a safeguarding concern, or where disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
