Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule any booked session. Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Remote Sessions

Remote sessions do not require you to attend in person. You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a safe, comfortable environment during any session time or support period. Please do not participate while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention.
